Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Catherine and Wildcard Confections is my dream. I have always loved baking and cooking. When I was a child I would spend my saturday mornings watching cartoons and my sunday mornings watching cooking shows. I still remember the smell of the vanilla cake with vanilla frosting that I made on Christmas morning when Santa brought me the Easy Bake Oven I had been asking for.
Wildcard Confections was born shortly after my son in 2009. As a new mom I took on the challenge of the baking business and I have loved every minute of it!
